YX-5 model is upgraded product basic on YX-4 orientation instrument, it applies with YX-2D6 structure, can measures all regular crystal¡¯s angle and can be used under strict status of crystal angle. So that combines two model unit functions in one instrument to improve working efficiency which is very suitable for researching lab, school and factory.

1. Left angular instrument applies with single reflection and ¡À30¡åorientation precision.
2. Right angular instrument applies with preposition monochromator double reflection and ¡À15¡åorientation precision.
